I believe that aiming for liberty entails attempting to take advantage of the circumstances. And this endeavor, with all of its ups and downs, signifies life. Perhaps it is the sometimes unpleasant restrictions and conditions that make life a worthwhile attempt for all human beings. This endeavor becomes much more attractive and delightful for you and me when there are no borders and border guards. There is a photo of me during a time when such concerns (not only geographic borders) dominate my thoughts, and I unconsciously, formally, and by continuing to build abstract lines and processes and the outcome of this process.
